This product is my signature marinade bowl. This product allows you to shred garlic, ginger, etc at the bottom and use side holes for herbs to separate the stem from the leaves. Then pour in you liquid for the marinade in the bowl and quickly use a silicone basting brush to get all the herbs and spices out of the groves at the bottom. As the name suggests its great for marinades, but it also works great for salad dressings, guacamole, aioli, etc..
